- Trek through a part of the Namha NPA on narrow paths, bamboo forests and view the beautiful mountain range
- Take in the beauty of the environment & learn the jungle cooking techniques using bamboo & banana leaves for a delicious Laotian lunch

- Tour ends at the highland village Ban Chalernsouk or Tha Sae of the Khmu people, indigenous people of the National Protected Area.

Day 1 Trekking
At 8:30 am, meet your guide at the office and take a minivan to the morning market to buy food for lunch. After a brief visit to the local market, head to the trekking trail.
Upon arrival, walk through the Nam Ha NPA, passing through secondary forests and a shaded valley.
Your certified guide will explain the local flora, animal footprints on the trail, and the use of plants by indigenous communities.
We’ll stop for a picnic lunch and learn how to cook Lao food using bamboo pipes.
After lunch, continue trekking through primary forests to enjoy the stunning jungle scenery and large trees. Then, descend through the lush rainforest to the end of the trail.
Finally, visit Nam Lue village (Lanten Ethnic) to experience the authentic life of the local people. Return to Luang Namtha by minivan around 4:00 pm.
